Terms And Conditions:    

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They are a binding contract between Jafferjees and you.

Jafferjees uses SSL technology and encryption to support secure online transactions. Customers must provide full and accurate information. All information provided to us will be treated in confidence. Any new features or tools which are added to our website shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time on our website. We reserve the right to update, change and replace any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continuous use and access to our website constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Amendment in Services or Prices

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The prices and shipping charges shown while placing an online order do not include any duties/ levies for any country. Articles offered on the website are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. Jafferjees reserves the right to alter or discontinue any service (or any part of content thereof) without notice.

Deliveries

For international orders, please allow up to a maximum of 15 working days for deliveries via courier. Any customs, excise or other duties and levies (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer. If applicable, these charges would be in addition to the shipping charges mentioned on the website.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Jafferjees maintains a strict No Refund Policy. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

However, exchanges may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product differs from the one ordered.
  • The personalization or engraving does not match the request submitted at the time of purchase.

Any such concern must be reported within three (3) working days of receiving the parcel, accompanied by the invoice and supporting photographs, via email or phone. Upon receipt of the complaint, our Customer Support Team will review the case and reach out with the appropriate resolution.

 

Order Cancellation

In case of any cancellation, a request must be intimated to our Customer Support team at customerservice@jafferjees.com prior to processing. However, please note that once the order has been processed, Jafferjees cannot cancel the order.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation via email containing the tracking information. Jafferjees may not process your order for following reasons:

·         Incomplete Information.

·         No response from customer on any query.

Currency

All prices are displayed in USD. However, if you are using the currency conversion provided on the website, please note that all currency conversions are estimated and may not necessarily be the exact price of an item.

Any bank charges/commission for currency conversion are charged additionally by the bank. These bank charges/commission are third party costs which are not the responsibility of Jafferjees.

Colour Variation   

We try our best to ensure that all colour swatches shown on our website are as close as possible to the actual product. However, there may be some difference in the leather shades due to minor variations as leather is a natural product or because colours seen by the customer vary from screen to screen due to the screen resolutions and/ or pixels.
